1. Dual Power Supply (AC & DC)
It supports standard AC power, and also works with a 12–24V battery in the apiary. Red terminal connects to positive (+), black to negative (-). Do NOT reverse polarity to avoid damage. Perfect for workshop and field use.
2. Adjustable Timing Control
Default heating time is 1.5 seconds. You can change the time setting to match your foundation and wire. The indicator light flashes during embedding, clearly showing working status.
3. Hands-Free Foot Pedal Operation
Use the foot switch to trigger embedding. You can hold and press the top board steadily with both hands. It delivers consistent embedding results, much faster than manual spur embedder.
4. Easy Operation Steps
- Place your pre-wired frame on the machine. Make sure wire ends touch the metal contacts.
- Lay wax comb foundation over the wires.
- Put the pressing board on top, press down and step on the foot pedal.
- Wait until the light stops flashing, hold for 1 more second, then finish.
5. Safety Notice
Do not operate with wet hands. Keep the surface dry. Keep liquid away from the unit. Do not open the machine if you are not a professional. Risk of electric shock if misused.
