This DC12V flexible impeller pump is specially designed for transferring viscous and particle-containing liquids.

The pump body adopts durable POM material, matched with flexible food-grade silicone impeller. When the rotor rotates, the deformation of silicone blades creates suction and pressure to deliver liquid smoothly. It can handle liquids with small solid particles less than 3mm, which is a big advantage over gear pumps.

✅ Food-Grade Construction POM pump housing and food-grade silicone flexible impeller, safe for contact with food like honey, fruit jam, sauce, milk, yogurt, wine and more.

✅ Strong Self-Priming Performance Self-priming up to 0.6m, max flow rate 20L/min (tested with water). Working pressure: 0.3 bar.

✅ Handle Medium Viscosity & Small Particles Able to transfer liquids with solid particles ≤3mm, great for viscous materials such as honey, egg liquid, fruit pulp, cream, shampoo and soap liquid.

✅ Wide Application Ideal for food filling, beverage transfer, cosmetic liquid pumping. Max working temperature ≤40℃; high-temperature version available upon request.

✅ Compact & Easy Installation DC12V 4A power, 4-inch (20mm) inlet/outlet hose barb, lightweight 1.2kg, easy to integrate into automatic filling machines.

This DC12V flexible impeller pump is specially designed for transferring viscous and particle-containing liquids.
