Do not set the device on flammable materials such as grass or straw. Only transport the unit after it fully cools down.<\/p>\n<h2>Battery Socket<\/h2>\n<p>Two versions available: compatible with DeWALT and Makita batteries. Please confirm which version fits your market before purchasing. <strong>Battery is NOT included.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Operating Steps<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Connect your battery<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure the power switch is OFF before startup.<\/li>\n<li>The display will show current temperature; the heater does not activate at this stage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Power on the heater<\/strong> Let the unit boot for 3\u20135 seconds, then flip the switch to turn on the heater.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Check battery voltage before treatment<\/strong> Voltage management extends battery service life. Do NOT operate the battery below 15V. Built\u2011in low\u2011voltage protection cuts off the unit at ~15.4V. The unit only starts if the battery voltage is above 17.2V.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Start treatment<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Wait until the unit reaches the set temperature (SV). Recommended preset temperature: <strong>230\u00b0C<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Press the plunger into oxalic acid to load the required dose. Insert the plunger into the vaporizer and push down.<\/li>\n<li>Begin treating the next hive once the actual temperature (PV) approaches the set value.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong>Finish treatment<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Switch off the unit and let it cool down. Remove the battery; do not leave the battery installed after use.<\/li>\n<li>Do not store batteries in discharged status for long periods. Charge batteries the same day after use.<\/li>\n<li>Clean the vaporizer following the Maintenance section.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Plunger Dosage Setting<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Pull the plunger out of the vaporizer. \u26a0\ufe0f Note: The plunger becomes HOT \u2013 handle carefully.<\/li>\n<li>Refer to the indicator marks on the tube. Each mark 1 = 1 gram of oxalic acid dihydrate.<\/li>\n<li>Twist the handle to adjust the dosage.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Maintenance<\/h2>\n<p>Clean the device after finishing daily treatments.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Let the unit cool to approximately 80\u00b0C. Keep the battery connected with the power switch OFF to monitor temperature. \u26a0\ufe0f Hot equipment can generate steam and cause burns, operate carefully.<\/li>\n<li>Rinse the bowl with water via the plunger tube.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Do NOT pour large volumes of water. Keep water away from other components and the plunger shaft.<\/li>\n<li>Damage caused by water ingress voids the warranty.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>After draining the bowl, heat the unit to evaporate residual standing water.<\/li>\n<li>Rinse and scrub the plunger in water to clear residue.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Add one drop of mineral oil or grease to the O\u2011ring to extend service life and ensure smooth operation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Periodic deep cleaning<\/h3>\n<p>Pour approx. 20\u202fml water through the plunger tube into the cooled unit. Replace the plunger and power on the heater to boil the water inside. This thoroughly cleans the bowl.
